Comment: I live on Woodbridge drive near the park and have recently taken early retirement which I am thoroughly enjoying. I would like some advice on how to.open up a debate about identifying an area of the be as christmas in the summertime for responsible dog owners to access. I completely understand that we need to have dog free areas on beaches. I have lived in other areas of the country and there has always been access allowed to.parts of the coastline even in summer. I have spoken to many other residents locally and there is a real interest in pursuing this. Please can you advise how I might bring this to a network for wider discussion ease Thank you Debbie

Comment: I have been promised on several occasions that residents would have a bus shelter provided at the bus stop on Eastern Esplanade at the junction with Lifstan Way. Is there some problem with this. When it is very windy and wet there is nowhere to go for shelter close enough to the bus stop where people can still see if the bus is coming and have time to get to the busstop in time. We are told not to take our cars into the city centre and if you are too elderly or infirmed to walk all you can do is stand at the stop and get soaked. I should be grateful to have some feedback on this. Many thanks.

Comment: Many thanks to Mike Stafford for his help with providing a bus shelter on Eastern Esplanade by Liftstan Way. This long awaited but very welcome shelter is much appreciated and will make waiting times much more comfortable. Thank you once again.

Comment: I have recently moved to the area, just wanted to ask for guidance on the covenants - in relation to a loft conversion, we own the freehold of our property - do we need any Burges Estate permissions?
